How do I setup a report that show the browsing activity for the previous day? Can this be the previous business day?

Hi Dean,

No problem. You can do this by using Fastvue Reporter's 'Scheduled Reports' feature:

1. Go to the Reports tab and select your desired report: Overview Report (top users, top sites, productivity and so on), User Overview Report (same as Overview but filtered for a specific user), or Activity Report (list of all browsing sessions sorted by time, with full URLs and timestamps - can also be filtered by users, sites etc)
2. Click the Filters button and specify any desired filters such as Departments, Site exclusions (Origin Domain 'Not equal to' myintranet.com) and so on.
3. Ignore the Date Selection option and instead click the 'Schedule Report' button.
4. Select 'Daily' schedule and specify the email addresses of people you want to notify when the report is ready.
5. Click Schedule Report.

The report will now be generated just after midnight each night on the previous day's activity. You can edit the scheduled report (filters etc) in Settings | Reports.

I hope this helps! Let us know how you go.

Cheers!
Scott
